Our dedicated Engagement Team work with communities where screening uptake is low. They work with local residents and health professionals, Councils and VCSE staff. The team respond to requests from local community organisations, and proactively engage groups and workplaces across target localities. Activities include:

• Face-to-face cancer awareness sessions

• Online cancer awareness sessions

• Use of community radio stations

• Engagement at GP Practice waiting rooms

• Engagement at and outside of places of worship

• Market stalls engagement

• Workplace engagement
